Our Story
Rolling Refreshments started in 2023 when founder Audrey Ernst, a lifelong coffee lover and entrepreneur, launched a mobile coffee trailer while attending Kent State University.
What began as a passion for bringing great drinks to events has grown into something bigger — a community-driven brand built around the belief that great drinks bring people together.

It all started with our mobile coffee trailer, bringing handcrafted beverages to weddings, corporate events, and celebrations across Northeast Ohio. The cart remains at the heart of everything we do.
The Coffeehouse
Audrey opened Vagabond Coffeehouse in her hometown of Bolivar, Ohio, inside Coopers Hall Event Center. A place where locals and visitors alike can enjoy the same creativity and care, any day of the week.
The Catering
Vagabond Catering was born to complement our beverage services, offering food trays, pastries, and beverages that pair perfectly with our signature drinks for events of any size.
