By accessing or using vagabondcoffeehouse.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Online Ordering
- All orders placed online are for pickup only at our Bolivar, Ohio location unless otherwise specified (e.g., catering delivery).
- Prices displayed on the menu are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including item unavailability.
- Orders placed during non-business hours will not be processed until the next business day (except catering orders).
Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Square.
- Payment is collected at the time of order.
- For questions about charges, contact us directly.
Catering Orders
- Catering orders require advance notice as specified on the ordering page.
- We will confirm catering order availability within 24 hours.
- Cancellation or modification of catering orders should be requested as early as possible by contacting us directly.
Loyalty Program (Beans)
- The Vagabond Beans loyalty program is managed through Square Loyalty.
- Points (beans) are earned on qualifying purchases made through online ordering while logged into your account.
- Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
- Beans have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of Rolling Refreshments LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Vagabond Coffeehouse and Rolling Refreshments LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
Allergens & Dietary Information
While we strive to provide accurate menu information, we cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact us before ordering.
Changes to Terms

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tuscarawas County, Ohio.
